Lonehippo is operated by VALMIQI ORIGIN LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U26209MH2025PTC444517), a company registered in India with its registered office at NESCO IT Park, WeWork, 10th Floor, Building 4, Western Express Highway, Goregaon (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063, India (“we”, “us”, “Lonehippo”). We sell digital products: written guides, toolkits and workflows that you read on this site, along with downloadable working files such as prompts, templates and sample data. Some products are free. Paid products are shown with their price before you buy. Products are for your own use under our Licence.
Our guides are informational. They describe methods and examples. We do not promise any specific result, income or outcome from using them. What you achieve depends on your own work and circumstances.
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity under it. Tell us at support@lonehippo.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Prices are shown on the site and are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. Your card details are handled by that provider and are never stored by us. A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed and the product appears in your library.
We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an order affected by such an error, refunding anything you paid for it.
When you buy a product you get a licence to use it as described in our Licence. In short, you may use the materials for your own work, including delivering results to your own clients, but you may not resell, redistribute or republish the files themselves as your own product. We keep all ownership of the content.
Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break or probe its security, scraping it at scale, reselling access, sharing your paid content publicly, or using it to break the law. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
All content on the site, the guides, the working files, the designs and the brand, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Your licence to use a purchased product does not transfer any ownership to you.
Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read it before you buy.
We work to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove products and features. We may update these terms from time to time and the current version is always on this page with its date.
The products are provided “as is” and “as available” for information and self-help. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that a product will meet your needs or produce a particular result.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the products. Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover us for reasonable losses we suffer because you used the products or the site in breach of these terms or the law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer rights you have that cannot be waived.
